Please note that each handmade item has been donated by a volunteer to the Shelter and in most cases this one of a kind item will have more “character” than store bought mass produced items. These are handmade items, so be prepared for the occasional charming imperfection. Note that this does not warrant cause for a refund.
Refunds cannot be accepted on a change of mind, or wrong size basis. Please choose carefully. If you have questions about an item please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before you buy and we will aim to respond in a timely manner.
If a donated item for sale has a minor flaw or imperfection then we will always aim to note it on the product page and reflect it in the price we charge to you.
If a product has been damaged during shipping please contact us at email@example.com with your order number in the subject line. Clearly outline the issue with your order and your contact details and we will be in touch to resolve your issue.
Limited stock is available for each item as they are handmade donated items or new stock donated from an organisation. If the item you wish to buy has already been sold, we will most likely not get more stock of that item. Check back with the store regularly to see what new stock is available.
While we endeavour to ship items in a timely fashion, our organisation is run by volunteers. This means your order may take slightly longer to get to you. We aim to ship all items within 7 days of checkout. If you have a question about your order you can use the tracking details provided to you at checkout or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
